HOW TO ORDER:

Here at Bohemia we try to make your shopping experience as easy and painless as possible. We offer two ways to place an order:
Credit Card:
We use PayPal for all online Credit Card and eCheck transactions to ensure your personal information is kept secure. If you are paying by credit card you can click on the Add To Cart button on the item you wish to purchase. A PayPal shopping cart will load showing the item you wish to purchase and the shipping costs. Once you are ready to check out, click the view cart button, if the cart is not already open, and click the Checkout button. You will need to be registered with Paypal to complete the transaction and will be able to do so after you click the Checkout button. We will then promptly ship your items to you.
Check or Money Order:
If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, click the Order Form link and fill out the specified information. Keep this form open while you shop and enter the Names of the Items you wish to purchase in the Items box. Once you have finished shopping click the Submit button. Once we receive your order request we will email you an itemized invoice with directions on where to send the payment to. Once we receive your payment and it has cleared we will promptly ship your items to you.

SHIPPING:

We use USPS ground for all shipments. We certify each package to ensure delivery. We use a standard rating system for shipping as follows: 

FL Residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

RETURNS:

Unfortunately, due to the uniqueness of the items we sell we do not accept returns. All items are sold “As Is” and the condition of the item will be determined using our rating system.

All handmade jewelry rated as new can be returned. You will be refunded the cost of the item minus the shipping costs. Please email us for directions on how to return an item.

SECURITY:

Any personal information given to us will be used solely for the intent of completing the order transaction. All online orders go directly through PayPal and their secure servers. We do not share any personal information.
